With over 40 years of experience in engineering pertaining to civil, electrical and operation, maintenance and upgradation, U C Prasad has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand entreprises’ businesses and craft the most suitable solutions. Before founding Sibol Infrastructure, U C Prasad worked in public and private sector for over four decades and has successful track record of fulfilling arduous tasks in Project Management or Power & Steel production, capacity expansion and improvement in steel & power sector for business growth. He recently retired as Director (Power Project) from FACOR Power Limited. Prior to this he worked in senior management roles at SKS Ispat and Power, Sunflag Iron & Steel, NALCO and SAIL Bokaro.

P. K. Routray (Head – Technology & Mining)

With 39 years of experience, Prashanta K Routray has impeccable record in design and engineering, construction and commissioning of Mines, Plant, Port Facilities & Steam Generation Plant and later Smelter and Captive Power Plant Expansion. He started his career at SAIL, Bhilai and then moved to SAIL, Bokaro. In 1989, he joined NALCO, where he spent most of his career.At NALCO, he moved up the ranks from Dy. Chief Engineer to Director (Production), where he had overall charge of all production units viz. Mines, Alumina refinery, Smelter and Captive Power Plant. It was in his tenure as Director (Production), when NALCO achieved the status of NAVRATNA.

Rajiv Ranjan Jha (Head – Civil & Construction)

With over 36 years of experience, Rajiv Ranjan Jha worked in various capacities from Assistant Engineer to Chief Engineer in the Dept. of Road Construction and Building Construction, Govt. of Bihar. Rajiv Jha, in his career, has handled projects worth over 2000 crores from preparation to monitoring to implementation of Road and Building

J. K. Verma (Head – Electronics & Automation)

Jyotindra K Verma has to his credit over 40 years of professional experience in different companies out of which for over 35 years, he had been an integral part of the global conglomerate M/s Siemens Ltd. Towards the end of his tenure with M/s Siemens, he held the position as CEO, Drive Technologies Division for South Asia Cluster of countries including India. As Business Head, in addition to heading multiple Business Units, he was responsible for various associated factories located in different states of India.
